My husband got the diarrea after eating their seagoodgoreng and his belly is made of steel afterall. We decided to change hotel after only two nights and did not reveive a refund. We don't care as long as they did not get to ruin our entire vacation.

The room is fine even though there’s a lot of dirty furnitures inside my room. Those dusty ones. The mosquito nets on top of my bed looks very dirty and it has stain in it. The dishes we got is very dusty and the pool is dirty. We didn’t even bother to swim.

This could be such a nice place to stay in Ubud but you really need to work on your cleanliness and also on your staff.

She never hesitated to help us no matter how many times we annoyed her. The location is another plus factor. It's at a calm and silent location as It's 10 mins drive from Ubud Market, where most of the hotels and crowd are. I'd definitely recommend this villa for Ubud.
